1. STAY AWAY FROM PEOPLE WHO MAKES YOU FEEL LESS HUMAN. Most times, they judge you or tell people about what is going on in your life and you end up feeling like its over and it’s the world against you. The next thing that come to mind is suicide. It doesn’t have to be a family member or a friend, maybe all you need is a total stranger that would listen to you. You should not expect an immediate solution, all you need expect is the relief that follows.

3. DO WHAT MAKE YOU HAPPY.
people often mistake happiness for foolishness. Don’t get your self soaked in alcohol and weed or constant sex just to get over depression. It won’t work. After pleasure comes your pain staring backyard you. You need to get busy with what makes you happy, be KY writing, reading, watching movies, partying, painting or drawing, just whatever it is that makes you happy as a person. Something you’d reflect on after doing it. It distracts you more from what gets you depressed.

4. STAY GLIDE TO THOSE WHO GIVE YOU REAL POSITIVE VIBES.
This point is imperative. Be it your family, boy/girl friend, favorite lecturer/teacher, whoever gives you more reasons to live.

  2. Work On Accomplishing Your Goals.
  3. Say A Few Affirmations Each Morning.
  4. Find What’s Positive In Others.
  5. Keep Your Posture Open.

  7. Dish Out The Compliments.
  8. Remember To Take Care Of Yourself.

5. LOOK BACK WHAT YOU HAVE ACHIEVED SO FAR IN LIFE                       The last but not the least! When you pick up that pen and paper to prepare a supposed suicide note, write down ways in which you have impacted on your generation. Write down your achievements / legacies you have set up for people Who look up to you. Also, write down a story of the life of people Who cared about you after your death.
