This nutrient-packed dessert salad is rich with all the favorites fruits you could imagine. It is the combination of a variety of fresh citrus, creamy avocado, and salted crunchy pistachios that make for the perfect summer salad.


1/2 red grapefruit
1 blood orange
1 Navel orange
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup chopped roasted pistachios
2 Tbsp. chives
1 Tbsp. blood orange infused olive oil
Sea salt & black pepper to taste!
