As the name reads, it is suitable for vegetarians who are of course very conscious of their diet. According to Zuliyah, her easy chocolate recipe comes just in time for valentine’s day, which is a perfect excuse to eat chocolates.
Chocolate Loaf Cake
2 cups of Whole Wheat Pastry Flour or All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Cup coconut sugar
3/4 cup organic cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbs of instant coffee or ground espresso coffee
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp of vegan butter or coconut oil melted
2 tsp of flax meal mixed with 2/3 cup of almond milk and 1 tbsp of vinegar set aside
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup almond milk
Assorted berries for decoration.
For the ganache
1 cup of vegan dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup coconut milk.
1 tsp coconut oil
